After coming back from their ERASMUS mobilities the teachers Ingrid Marquès, Manel Clemente, Martí Rovira and Carles Torné will make an oral presentation of their experience at the two institutions they visited from 26th February to 2nd March 2018.
On this presentation the teacher Ingrid Marquès will explain how she delivered a workshop about Lettering at the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the University of Zagreb, one of our ERASMUS partner institutions:
Lettering: Idioms and sayings
Participants: Students from diferent European institutions
The main theme of this workshop is to work with students from several institutions in the same project using typical idioms and expressions from their languages.
Taking the words of an idiom or saying, the students will work trying to express the main idea giving shape to the message using lettering.
Students will be working with the principles of Calligraphy and Lettering and, in a broader sense, participating on a cultural exchange.
The results of these workshops will be communicated to the working groups. In a near future a collective exhibition will be organized to allow students to exchange ideas and assess their work.
The overall aim of this workshop consisted in creating a cultural exchange using representative expressions of each country and creating awareness of the cultural environment of the different students.
On the other hand the teachers Carles Torné, Manel Clemente and Martí Rovira will explain how they delivered a short presentation about the institutions EASD Pau Gargallo and ESDAP Catalunya and a presentation about Photography Festivals in Barcelona area at the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the University of Zagreb.
The overall objectives of these talks consisted in strengthening the relationship between our institutions and building collaboration between teachers and students from their institutions.
The four professors from EASD Pau Gargallo and ESDAP Catalunya had a working meeting with the Head of International Relations Office Ivana Zganjar and the professor Teo Zezeji from the Department of Photography.
They also had a meeting with Ivona Nestić, an ERASMUS student who finished her Master studies at our institution during the academic year 16-17 and made an exhibition about her final project at ESDAP Catalunya campus Pau Gargallo in December 2017.
After that they will explain their experience at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design of the University of Ljubljana, where they visited the Department of Visual Communication Design. They had a working meeting with the Vice-Dean for International Cooperation prof. Petra Černe Oven and the Head of the department for Visual communication Design prof. Peter Koštrun.

Sobre la nostra experiència ERASMUS: University of Zagreb / Faculty of Graphic Arts and University of Ljubljana / Academy of Fine Arts and Design / presentació en català

Després de tornar de les seves mobilitats ERASMUS, els professors Ingrid Marquès, Manel Clemente, Martí Rovira i Carles Torné faran una presentació oral de la seva experiència a les dues institucions que van visitar del 26 de febrer al 2 de març de 2018.
En aquesta presentació la professora Ingrid Marquès explicarà com va impartir un workshop sobre Lettering a la Facultat d'Arts Gràfiques de la Universitat de Zagreb, una de les nostres institucions partners ERASMUS:
Lettering: Idioms and sayings
Participants: estudiants de diferents institucions europees
L’objectiu principal d'aquest taller és treballar amb alumnes de diverses institucions sobre un projecte al voltant de refranys i expressions típiques de les seves llengües.
Prenent les paraules d'una dita o refrany els estudiants treballaran intentant expressar la idea principal per donar forma al missatge mitjançant lletres.
Els alumnes treballaran amb els principis de cal·ligrafia i retolació i, en un sentit més ampli, participaran en un intercanvi cultural.
Els resultats dels tallers es comunicaran als grups de treball. En un futur s’organitzarà una exposició col·lectiva dels diferents resultats que permetrà als estudiants intercanviar idees i avaluar el seu treball.
Els objectius generals d'aquest taller consistieix a crear un intercanvi cultural amb expressions representatives de cada país i conscienciar sobre l'entorn cultural dels diferents estudiants
D'altra banda, els professors Carles Torné, Manel Clemente i Martí Rovira explicaran com van fer una breu presentació sobre les institucions EASD Pau Gargallo i ESDAP Catalunya i una presentació sobre els Festivals de Fotografia a l’àrea de Barcelona a la Facultat d'Arts Gràfiques de la Universitat de Zagreb.
Els objectius generals d'aquestes xerrades van consistir a reforçar la relació entre les nostres institucions i a fomentar la col·laboració entre professors i alumnes d’aquestes.
Els quatre professors de l'EASD Pau Gargallo i ESDAP Catalunya, van tenir una reunió de treball amb la Cap de l'Oficina de Relacions Internacionals Ivana Zganjar i amb el professor Teo Zezeji del Departament de Fotografia.
També van tenir una trobada amb Ivona Nestić, estudiant d'ERASMUS que va acabar els seus estudis de màster a la nostra institució durant el curs acadèmic 16-17 i va fer una exposició sobre el seu projecte final al campus d'ESDAP Catalunya Pau Gargallo al desembre de 2017.
A continuació els professors explicaran la seva experiència a la Academy of Fine Arts and Design of the University of Ljubljana on van visitar el Departament de Disseny de Comunicació Visual. Van tenir una reunió de treball amb el vicedegà de Cooperació Internacional prof. Petra Černe Forn i el Cap del Departament de Disseny Visual prof. Peter Koštrun.
