Som moviment, transformaci\u00f3 i energia creativa i l\u2019objectiu de l\u2019activitat ha estat obrir un canal d\u2019expressi\u00f3 sense judici; un espai d\u2019escolta profunda.<\/p>\n<p>El prop\u00f2sit del taller ha girat entorn la utilitzaci\u00f3 de l\u2019expressi\u00f3 art\u00edstica per a l\u2019autoconeixement; treball de l\u2019aqu\u00ed i l\u2019ara a partir de la meditaci\u00f3 i el contacte amb el cos; fomentar l\u2019autoestima i l\u2019agra\u00efment i acompanyar el desbloqueig creatiu.<\/p>\n<p>Ha estat un taller molt enriquidor on els alumnes, des de l\u2019experi\u00e8ncia corporal de la dansa fins a la utilitzaci\u00f3 d\u2019altres t\u00e8cniques art\u00edstiques com la pintura, el fang o el collage, han pogut trobar eines creatives d\u2019autoconeixement.
